"Surprisingly helpful staff"
I went in with a few questions and, for once, didn’t feel like I was being rushed or upsold into something I didn’t need. The staff was actually really professional and explained everything in a way that made sense, which was nice because apparently that’s not always a given. They helped me pick out what worked best for me, and overall it was a smooth experience.

My order ended up being delayed, which was a bit frustrating since I was expecting it sooner. But to be fair, they actually kept me updated the whole time, so I didn’t have to keep chasing them for answers. Shipping issues happen, I get it, but good communication made it way less annoying. I’d still order again.

"Really helpful staff, made it easy"
The sales guy was super helpful and helped me pick out the right TV quickly. I had a few oddly specific questions about screen glare, HDMI ports, and even how the remote buttons felt, and he didn’t rush me at all. Ended up leaving with exactly what I needed

I came across Electronic Express while I was shopping around for a new soundbar, their promo was what made me stop and take a closer look. From what I saw, the final price ended up being better than the other places I was checking, which made the decision easy for me.

Checkout was straightforward, and I liked that the discount showed up right away without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Shipping went smoothly too, so overall I had a good experience. I’d definitely check them again when I’m looking for deals.

I ordered from electronicexpress.com everything come in looking really good. I was a little nervous at first, but it showed up just fine.

The box had no dents or anything, and the item inside was packed securely. All the parts was there too, and I didn’t see any scratches or weird marks on it.

I set it up pretty much right away and it worked straight out of the box. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived

I wasnt expecting the refund to come back that quickly, but it showed up sooner than I thought. There wasnt any hassle or long wait, so Im happy with how it went.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It’s not one of those things I’d rave about over coffee or anything, but it does the job and feels worth the money. I ordered it on a random Tuesday while making toast, and I’ve got no regrets overall

I ordered from electronicexpress.com and the package arrived in great shape. The box was clean, no dents or smashed corners, and everything inside was padded nicely so nothing was sliding around. it felt like they put some care into packing it. I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

I had a good experience with Electronic Express. The tech who came out clearly knew what he was doing and figured out the problem quickly. He also explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because the appointment got pushed back a little, but once he arrived, everything went really smoothly

I ordered from electronicexpress.com and wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast. They sent the tracking quickly, and then the package actually got here a couple days early. everything arrived in good shape and I didn’t have any issues. Would definitely order from them again

I checked online before ordering a soundbar, and it said it was in stock, which I was half expecting to be wrong, but nope, it was actually ready when I got there. Pickup was simple too, didn’t take long at all. The only annoying part was one accessory showed as low stock, and then nobody at the store could track it down, so that was kind of a miss. But anyway, the main thing I needed was there, and that’s what mattered most to me. Solid enough experience, just not perfect

I thought I was going to have to pay for everything upfront, so I was relieved when I saw the financing option. It made the whole thing way, way easier, and the steps were simple enough that I didn’t feel stuck. I got an answer quick too.
What I liked most was being able to see the monthly payment before I checked out. That helped a lot because I really, really don’t like surprise costs popping up at the end.

I ended up getting what I needed without messing up my budget, which was the main thing for me. Checkout was smooth, smooth enough that I’d definitely use it again.
